Ellicottville used to be the best kept secret many years ago but the cat is definitely out of the bag. One of the oldest and prettiest towns in Canada, about a 10 minute drive to Niagara Falls.

The cottage is great for a romantic getaway w/all the amenities of home.  You can wake up at you leisure and make your own breakfast and go for a bike ride on the scenic Niagara Parkway. This charming carriage house that has been newly remodeled can accommodate 2-4 people(children welcomed). A loft bedroom and a pull out sleeper couch. A murphy kitchen/w/microwave and access to BBQ and gardens. Bathroom facilities include 3 piece bathroom/shower. Amenities include TV, DVD player and stereo. The property is in walking distance to town and a block away from the lake.
Deposit of 50% at time of booking. Tenants are responsible for days reserved through booking unless property is rebooked for that time period. A notice of 30 days (in writing) prior to scheduled arrival will give you a full refund minus 15% administration fee. Any notice less than 30 days will loose the 50% deposit. Balance due two weeks before scheduled arrival or if last minute booking, balance due at check in. This is a non-smoking/pet free environment.

Lowest quoted rates are current as of 2/06 and those current rates will apply at the time of booking, depending on current rate, booking rate will reflect the rate at that time (as noted in rate range)
